We are extremely grateful for the support we received from Dawn and Len while planning our very first Disney Cruise. Since it was our first cruise ever, we were honestly a bit nervous about where to start, especially traveling with two little ones. Dawn and Len were absolutely amazing in guiding us through the entire process and walking us through everything we needed to know.

I'll start off by saying this... I normally NEVER use travel agents when I book my travel, and I travel quite a bit. I've used one years ago for a European trip which left me feeling dismissed and paying more money than I would have if I had made my own arrangements. This time was not the same experience... At all.
This was a spontaneous trip I had booked with a friend of mine after some other travel plans got cancelled. The cruise we chose was less than two weeks from the date we decided to book and decided the best thing to do was use a travel agency to make our arrangements for us instead of scrambling to do it ourselves last minute. We ended up choosing Creating Magic Vacations to book our travel.
The agents, Len and Dawn, were extremely attentive. I received emails, phone calls, and texts about every aspect of the trip and how we wanted it customized. Dawn found out I was a military member and was able to apply a discount to our trip, which was very nice. She was also able to include premium packages such as fine dining, an internet package, and the unlimited drink package for a fraction of what it would cost us booking through Norwegian itself.
Here comes the fun part.... Our port of departure was in Miami and we stayed in Fort Lauderdale a few days before the cruise, as well as after the cruise, to explore Florida. The day after we arrived in Fort Lauderdale, and a day before the cruise, a grim realization bestowed upon me.... I left my passport at my house in Chicago. Like I said previously, I travel quite a bit, and I've never done anything quite this stupid before. I first frantically called Norwegian and verified they would NOT allow me to board without my passport. I then called Len and Dawn explaining my situation. To be honest, I was expecting them to tell me there was nothing they could do with such short notice. On the contrary, they instead started looking for options on how to get my passport from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale in under 24 hours. Some of the plans they came up with were quite elaborate.... Overnighting my passport (was advised it wouldn't make it in time), shipping it to one of the U.S. territory stops in the Caribbean (also could not find a company which would ship it fast enough), etc. Len even called the post office in the Dominican Republic to speak to someone about the issue. These two went above and beyond to find a way to get my passport to me. After hours of exhausting options, we found a way to get it to me that same night, and I was able to board the cruise the next day. I could not be more grateful for both of them putting in the work to help me with my screw up. In my opinion, 99.9% of other travel agents would not put nearly as much effort into helping me with something like that.
Onto the cruise itself.. At the time of me writing this testimonial, Aqua is the newest and largest ship in Norwegian's fleet. The ship was massive with countless amenities. The staff were amazing and accommodating, and the stops were fun and scenic. We went on numerous excursions (with an excursion credit provided by Len and Dawn), which included hiking, sliding down waterfalls, ziplining, off roading, a pontoon trip to beaches, and other adventures.
In conclusion, I could not be happier with my experience using Creating Magic Vacations with Len and Dawn. They truly care about their clients and their experiences and want to make sure they get the trip they deserve. Thank you both for everything you've done! 6/5 stars! I'll definitely be using them again for future vacations.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Casa's to plan a week-long vacation to California for my family of four, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Len and Dawn expertly organized our trip, which included three fantastic days in San Diego and four fun-filled days in Anaheim.

Len and Dawn's travel advisor services were invaluable to making our bachelor party trip an incredible success! They flawlessly got 10 guys from four different cities to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. For the travel, we were easily grouped by shared location and timing needs, but we all arrived at the resort at roughly the same time, which was awesome for getting the party going!
All the typical logistical things that seem to be impossible when booking by yourself, especially when a larger group is involve, Len and Dawn took care of for us with absolute ease. This included making changes to the bookings after-the-fact without issue, pairing up guys in rooms that came from different cities, recovering savings whenever possible as the price fluctuated, and much more. They kept everything organized and prioritized an attention to detail over the entire span of five months of planning.
I definitely recommend Len and Dawn without hesitation for any trip you're thinking about planning! I look forward to working with them again myself many times in the future!
