How much do you charge for your services?
Our planning services are complimentary!! That means you get personalized recommendations, expert guidance, and ongoing support — all at no extra cost to you.
If I do not pay for your services, how do you get paid?
Great question! We get paid by the travel partners and suppliers (like Disney, cruise lines, or resorts) after you travel — not by our clients. So you get all the benefits of a travel expert without any added fees, time, or stress. It’s a win-win!
Here’s the fun fact most people don’t realize: travel suppliers already build in a commission for every booking. If you book on your own, the supplier simply keeps that portion. When you book through us, that same amount helps support a small business — and you get the bonus of a real person in your corner!

Can I book with you even if I am not from Chicago?
Oh yes!! Absolutely! Even though we’re based in Chicago, our clients are from everywhere. Thanks to phones, email, and a little internet magic, we can plan your dream vacation no matter where you call home. So yes — you can totally book with us (no deep-dish pizza required 😉).
Do I have to pay for my trip in full when I book?
The answer depends on how far you out you book your trip before traveling! If far out enough, most vacations just require a deposit at the time of booking, which is nice - you’ll have the opportunity to make small payments over time until your final payment. It’s an easy, flexible way to plan ahead — and start getting excited for takeoff! However, if it’s a last minute getaway, you may be required to pay in full. When the time comes, just ask.
Can you plan out my itinerary even if I do not book with you?
Our planning services are reserved for our booked clients.
Do you only book Disney trips?
Not at all! While we love Disney, our expertise goes far beyond the parks. We plan everything from European adventures and tropical getaways to cruises, safaris, and beyond. If there’s a destination on your bucket list — we can help you get there!
How far in advance should I book my trip?
The earlier, the better! Booking in advance means you’ll have the best choice of resorts, rooms, and flight times — and sometimes the best pricing, too! For most vacations, we recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, and even earlier for popular destinations, holidays, or cruises. Plus... it gives you more time to look forward to your trip (and show off that countdown
app 😉).
Can you apply promotions or deals after I have already booked?
Absolutely — when possible! If a new promotion or discount becomes available after you’ve booked, we always check to see if it can be applied to your reservation. Sometimes it depends on availability or supplier rules, but rest assured — we keep an eye out for ways to save you money whenever we can!
I’m on the fence about purchasing travel protection. What are your thoughts as professionals?
We strongly recommend it! — and here’s why: it protects your trip (and your wallet) when the unexpected happens. We’ve seen it make all the difference for clients who faced flight cancellations, illnesses, or delays. It’s a small investment for big peace of mind.
Can you book group trips?
We sure do!! Whether it’s a family reunion, friends’ getaway, destination wedding, or corporate retreat — we love planning group travel. We handle all the details, from coordinating rooms and flights to managing special requests, so your group can simply relax and enjoy the experience together.
